Once you become a client, I am legally required to store your personal data for up to 6 years. After 6 years all paper and print content relating to you will be shredded.
I undertake to use appropriate security measures to make sure your information is stored safely and securely.
I will remove information when it becomes out of date or inaccurate or when properly requested by you (subject to any legal duty she may have to preserve it).
I will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes she collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
